Social Power Inc. operates on principles of complete client sovereignty:

  • You own your domain names, code repositories, content, brand assets, and customer data.
  • We provide managed technical services without locking your data behind proprietary formats or withholding access credentials.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable federal, state, or municipal laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful code, malware, or unauthorized scanning scripts

5. Intellectual Property

All proprietary framework architectures, methodologies, and branding developed by Social Power Inc. remain our protected intellectual property. Client deliverables, content, and customized assets belong to the respective client upon payment.

Our liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months under your active service agreement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
